I just got home a little over an hour ago and
immediately became lazy and started watching Anthology again... Uh, started unpacking... Yeah
Anyway, the convention was amazing! I got the chance to meet several artists whom I've always admired, meet a few friends from DA, and hang out with other friends who I've not seen since the last year.
Panels:There weren't too many panels that seemed all that interesting to me this year, so I only went to a few of them. The Anthology V panel was the one I wanted to see most, and I got in (an already very long) line almost an hour early. Totally worth it though. Anthology has always been one of my more favorite fandom projects, and this one completely delivered. If you've not seen it yet, it's worth checking out:

Photos:I used this convention to try out a few new techniques for photography that I've learned recently. So far, the results seemed to have come out much better than last year. However, it's going to take a few days before I'm done and ready to post everything, as I have several hundred images to go through (over 22GB in size).
Also, it's worth noting that I managed to drain my camera's battery from fully charged to almost dead in just three days. Normally I go 3-4 months between recharges.
Finally, would anyone want me to upload the photos to DA, or should I just keep them all on Flickr like I normally do?
Vendors Hall/Artist Alley:Every con I go to, I always have the goal to not completely empty my wallet in the vendors hall. This year, I failed less than I normally do, but didn't exactly succeed either. Why must there always be so much awesome stuff?
That's all I have to mention for now. I still gotta finish unpacking, get dinner, and I'm also pretty tired. Overall though, it was a blast! Definitely going again next year!
